Okay, so not a lot is going on. I just got back from a great trip to Conway. I got to see D., F., and B., meet A., D.’s fiancée, as well as their friend N. I’m currently waiting for a massive photo upload to facebook from Mom’s phone. It’s taking a long time (I think 300 photos?) I don’t know if they'll all upload, if I should just go to bed or what. I’m not using a lot of bandwidth right now, so as to speed the process.
M.’s company should start up in September. I hope I’m ready to work with them. I can write, edit, cartoon, and so much more. Still, my primary skills that would be useful are handling money and customer service, having worked retail for five years. I do have a B.A. In English, so I know, in theory, what good writing is. I can write essays, academic papers, but I love flash fiction and comics (script to finish). I have 3 scripts I need to work on, but I’ve been focusing in on tabletop stuff. Maybe if I read enough books it will help me flesh out mine. If you read enough poetry, you can write poetry (usually). So maybe the same concept will apply. Not so much the rules as the settings, people, archetypes, and such that make a good system. I guess we will see.
