L. and the shop

L. wasn't feeling well today. I started off to the shop and then came back. I shouldn't've worried about her, but in the end she's more important than my side projects. She has been a great dog for 12 or 13 years now.

The bible has a single verse about what happens to animals after death, and it's a toss up.

(Ecclesiastes) "Who knows if men's spirits ascend into the heavens, and animals descend into the earth"

The bible doesn't tell us. I believe we will see them again, simply because some animal's lives are so tragic. I don't have enough evidence for this except a few anecdotes. I may be proved wrong. However, this belief isn't the same as believing in the death and resurrect of Jesus, or the veracity of the bible's teaching. Maybe this silly belief that we will see them again is just a silly hope, but it comforts me
