Dear Father 07162019

Dear Father,

Thank you for this day. Not a lot is going on. I don’t know how to say this, so I’m just going to say it.

Most of the heroes in comics are hyperreal. They have muscles on their muscles. I don’t know why this is, really, or why it seems to have come back with continuous interest. I think I could understand how a lot of gay people could find it homoerotic. It’s not difficult to see. Not that I have a solution for it, or if anyone would even want to get rid of those things.

Are the artists themselves gay? Does pushing the LBGTQ agenda include temptation and corruption of people? I don’t know. Probably this post will never see the light of day. I know that superheroes are supposed to embody some kind of ideal personhood, but it’s just odd how pervasive it is.

Well, that’s really all I have to say about that.
