I think my dreams were good last night. I can’t quite remember them. Two nights ago I had a nightmare. I used to try a modern technique to understand them using a four step psychological method explained in a book by Robert A. Jordan. I felt like I got some insights out of it. I can link the book if you’re interested. He also describes a technique called active imagination. I highly recommend not participating in that. It’s a bit woo-woo, and maybe dangerous if you get too immersed in it.
I expected samurai and battle armor to clash in my dreams, but there was none of that. Anyway, I can smell, touch, taste, and feel pain in my dreams. I think some of them would make good short stories. There was one that would’ve made a great horror movie. The kind that isn’t scary while you’re having it, but after you wake up you realize it’s terrifying.
Anyway, enough of that. It’s a new day. I have to work, do chores, and hopefully be a bit creative.
